Shipping & Pick-Up

If you are placing an order on our website, please note that it takes 3-5 business days for us to make and dispatch your order as all our products are made to order. However, if you need your order to be dispatched sooner, we offer a rush fee option which will prioritise your order and dispatch it within 1-2 days.

If you are located near our warehouse in Currumbin Waters, you have the option to pick up your order instead of paying for shipping. Simply place your order as normal, and once your order is ready for pickup, we will send you an email confirmation when it is ready to be pick up. We will then refund you for the shipping amount once you have picked up your order.
